Hi, Sarah from Yoga Outreach here. We’d love to invte one of your reviewers to something a little different – thought it’d be neat to offer a space at our Trauma Sensitive Yoga workshop on Thursday 5-9 to a Vancouver Yoga Reviewer free of charge. We are excited with what we have to offer and would love to have your feedback! It’s geared towards yoga teachers and healthcare practitioners wishing to deepen understanding and skills for sharing yoga with clients impacted by trauma.
Knowing as we do that at least 1 in 10 Canadians suffers from Post Traumatic Stress at some point in their life, we think its an essential skillset for teachers to cultivate!
